Scotland – yes it does rain a lot but its still awesome

Since getting into running in mid 2015 I have entered a 5km and 10km race (entering my second this year) and building up to half marathon end of the year. Full marathon next year? Possibly… I also enjoy engaging in regular strength training followed by a quick swim and sauna.
I love being outdoors, I generally walk around 8 miles every Sunday and will often go out to various parts around Glasgow, Lanarkshire and beyond.
I aim to eat as nutrious as possible (although a girl does need a cheat meal or 2!) and have a great interest in nutrition and diet as well as mental wellbeing. My blog will be based on my own ideas and experiences, I hope you enjoy!
